Knights of Columbus
In service to one
In service to all
St. Patrick’s Council 11271 was established on March 17, 1994. Our council, with a membership of 163, is part of the largest world-wide Catholic men’s lay organization with 1.8 million members in 15,000 local councils like ours.
We are also part of the highest rated insurance organization offering a wide variety of insurance plans, annuities, long term care and disability income for its members and their families. To learn more about the Knights of Columbus go to www.KofC.org.
Our meetings, which are for members only, are on the first Tuesday of the month (except in July and August) in the parish hall after the 6:45 p.m. Mass. See Meeting Highlights below.
Membership is open to practicing Catholic men 18 years of age and over.
We need your ideas, your energy and your talents for the more than 40 activities in our Service Program (see Calendar of Events below) dedicated to serving our parish, our members, our families and our community. Last year we donated $15,000 to various causes, the principle recipient being our parish, and performed over 5,700 volunteer hours in our parish and in the community. To see our Knights in action go to Gallery.
Giving generously of yourself while building self-esteem and satisfaction by socializing with new friends is one of the most important benefits of being a Knight.
If you are interested in helping those in need, serving our parish, growing in your faith or having exclusive access to top-rated insurance protection for your family, then St. Patrick’s Council of the Knights of Columbus is the organization for you.
To become a Knight, contact our Membership Director: Gerry Hogan at firstname.lastname@example.org or 613-299-8968.
